Rinse and Return

Brown bottles sit on a platform with sunlight reflecting their shadows.

Since our beginnings, we have believed in a functional, minimal and sustainable approach to our products and packaging.

Accordingly, it is a pleasure to partner with HK Recycles and invite customers to return their emptied aluminium tubing, as well as plastic and glass cosmetic packaging, to any Aesop signature stores and counters in department stores across Hong Kong SAR, China, where it will be collected and transferred for future recycling.

Kindly note that we accept two types of plastic packaging. The accepted plastic can be identified on each product by either a PET symbol (resin code 1), or a PP symbol (and resin code 5), as guided by the international recycling system. We kindly ask that empty plastic and glass containers are rinsed prior to return, though labels do not need to be removed. Our consultants will be pleased to rinse aluminium tubing once you have returned it.

We invite you to return these items to any Aesop signature stores and counters in department stores across Hong Kong SAR, China. You are welcome to bring packaging from other brands as well as Aesop vessels.
